I am a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Cambridge, working with Dr. Sarah Teichmann. I received my PhD from the Center for Bioinformatics (CBI), Peking University, under the supervision of Dr. Ge Gao. Please see my CV (PDF) for more information.
My research focuses on developing computational methods to decipher omics data. Recently, I have been particularly interested in large-scale spatial omics data modeling, including niche annotation, multi-slices integration, and representation learning.
Outside of research, I enjoy playing badminton.
